Premier is a Charlotte-based healthcare improvement company that runs one of the largest group purchasing organizations in the US. This role owns one of five GPO Delivery pods, a team of delivery managers, directors, and senior directors serving health system supply chain clients. Remote.

The work: own delivery performance, contract uptake, and value realization across every account in the pod. Use Premier's analytics and AI tools to turn contract and spend data into portfolio-level recommendations. Serve as the senior advisor to member supply chain executives, physicians, and clinicians.

They want 12 or more years in account management, category management, sourcing, or healthcare supply chain leadership, with deep GPO contract lifecycle expertise. People leadership of a team of 10 or more is expected.
