Sponsor Terms

These terms outline the conditions for organizations sponsoring or listing in the Advisory5 directory. By sponsoring, you agree to these terms.

1. Listing Agreement

Advisory5 provides directory listings for vendors, service providers, and ecosystem organizations serving the health tech community. Listings are available in Basic, Featured, and Premium tiers, each with different levels of visibility and features.

2. Listing Content

Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate and current information for their listing. Advisory5 reserves the right to edit listing content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with our guidelines. Listings must not contain misleading claims, prohibited content, or information that could harm the health tech community.

3. Payment Terms

Sponsorship fees are billed monthly at the agreed-upon tier rate. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Listings will be activated upon receipt of first payment and remain active for the duration of the sponsorship.

4. Tier Benefits

Each tier includes specific benefits as described on the Sponsor page. Advisory5 will make reasonable efforts to deliver all listed benefits. Specific placement and visibility may vary based on directory design and content volume.

5. No Endorsement

A listing in the Advisory5 directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Advisory5. Sponsors may not represent their listing as an Advisory5 endorsement in marketing materials without prior written consent.

6. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the sponsorship with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, the listing will be downgraded to inactive status at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

7. Removal

Advisory5 reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, contains inaccurate information, or is deemed harmful to the health tech community. In case of removal for cause, any prepaid fees for the remaining period will be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

Advisory5 provides a directory platform and does not guarantee any specific business outcomes from sponsorship. Advisory5's total liability shall not exceed the sponsorship fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Active sponsors will be notified of significant changes with 30 days notice before changes take effect.
