Director, Product Management, Hereditary Cancer

Labcorp is a global life sciences and diagnostics company headquartered in Burlington, NC. This role leads product strategy for its hereditary cancer genetic testing portfolio. Hybrid, three days a week in Durham or Burlington.

The work: own lifecycle strategy, forecasting, pricing input, and the roadmap for hereditary cancer tests. Track scientific, regulatory, and competitive shifts to set portfolio direction. Represent the product across scientific, operations, and market access teams and lead launch readiness.

They want a bachelor's degree and 7 or more years in healthcare product management or portfolio strategy. Five or more years in genetic testing, hereditary cancer, or oncology is preferred. Annual bonus eligible.
