Head of Patient Engagement, Immunology

Biogen is a global biotechnology company with a major hub in Research Triangle Park. This role designs and leads patient engagement across its immunology portfolio as the company prepares new launches, including lupus. Hybrid, based in RTP.

The work: own the post-prescription patient journey across hub services, nursing, digital engagement, and specialty pharmacy. Build and scale a patient engagement organization with multiple senior leaders. Bring patient services strategy into launch planning from early development through commercialization.

They want 15 or more years in pharma, biotech, or healthcare, with 10 or more leading patient services, patient support, or market access. Launch experience is required. An MBA is preferred.
