Director, US Market Access Early Pipeline

Novartis is a global pharmaceutical company with a large site in Durham and Morrisville. This role brings US market access insight into early pipeline investment decisions. Remote, anywhere in the US, with about 10 percent travel.

The work: set pricing, payer coverage, and patient access assumptions for early assets. Assess trial designs for access risk and opportunity before phase 2. Build disease area assessments with R&D, global strategy, and US commercial leaders.

They want a bachelor's degree and 7 or more years of pharma experience in market access, marketing, managed care finance, analytics, or business development. An MBA or health policy degree is preferred. Oncology experience is a plus.
