Novartis is expanding its North Carolina manufacturing footprint, anchored by the Pathway Triangle campus in Morrisville. This role is the senior quality leader on the Morrisville site leadership team.

The work: own quality assurance and quality control for a cGMP small-molecule site. Lead regulatory inspections and health-authority interactions. Build and lead the quality team through facility ramp-up.

They want a degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology or a related science, 10 or more years in pharmaceutical quality or manufacturing including 5 recent years with small molecules, inspection leadership and people leadership with multiple direct reports. Salary range $168,000 to $312,000.
