Director, MSAT (Drug Product)

Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, is building a $2 billion drug product plant in Holly Springs for obesity and diabetes medicines, launching in 2028. This role leads manufacturing science and technology for drug product.

The work: lead process engineering across compounding, filling, and inspection. Take the plant through design, qualification, startup, and regulatory filing. Manage the engineering team and shape the regulatory approval strategy.

They want a degree in bioengineering, chemical engineering, or similar, 12 or more years in pharma technology, and 5 or more years managing people. Tech transfer, validation, and regulatory filing experience required. On site. Discretionary annual bonus.
